Factory Reset & App Store Reinstall Guide
If your SuperBox is experiencing connectivity issues with Wi-Fi or Ethernet, a factory reset usually resolves the problem. Watch the step-by-step video below or follow the written instructions.
Factory Reset Steps
- Go to your home screen and use the remote to enter the code 0.0.0.0.0. This will automatically trigger a hard reset. The screen will go black — wait for it to restart.
- On the first screen, choose Skip or Agree to move on.
- Connect your Wi-Fi on the next screen.
- Set your screen size and click Finish.
- You should now be at the Home Screen. Go to the App Store and check if it is listed there. If not, follow the steps below.
Re-Installing the App Store
- From the home screen, click the Browser icon.
- A “Welcome to Chrome” screen appears — choose Accept and Continue.
- On “Turn on Sync” — choose No Thanks.
- Turn on Mouse Mode.
- Navigate to the address bar at the top and type 143325.cc, then select GO.
- Turn on Mouse Mode again.
- You should see a blue screen that says “Dear Friend” with a download arrow — click on it.
- A window will say “This type of file can harm your device” — choose OK.
- Choose Open.
- A window will ask “Do you want to install this app?” — choose Install.
- When it says “App Installed” — choose Open.
- Exit Mouse Mode. Wait for the disclaimer countdown to reach OK, then click it.
- The App Store will open where you can download Blue TV, Blue VOD & Playback.
Note: A factory reset will clear all your Favorites in Live TV and VOD. You will need to re-add them after the reset.
