To enjoy the best possible streaming experience, SuperBox depends on a stable, high-speed internet connection.
Below are the general guidelines:
| Type of Content | Recommended Minimum Speed | Ideal Speed for Best Performance |
| SD (480p) Streaming | 5 Mbps | 10 Mbps |
| HD (720p – 1080p) Streaming | 10 Mbps | 25 Mbps or higher |
| 4K Ultra HD Streaming | 25 Mbps | 50 Mbps or higher |
| Live TV / Sports | 20 Mbps minimum | 40 Mbps or higher (wired preferred) |
Connection Tips
- Wired (Ethernet) connections are always more stable than Wi-Fi. If possible, plug the SuperBox directly into your router.
 - If you must use Wi-Fi, ensure the signal is strong—within 15 ft of your router and free from interference.
 - Avoid streaming while multiple large downloads or other devices are consuming bandwidth.
 - For dual-band routers, connect to the 5 GHz band instead of 2.4 GHz for faster and cleaner streaming.
 - Restart your router and the SuperBox occasionally to clear cached network data.

Speed Testing
