Every SuperBox device comes with a limited manufacturer warranty that protects you against hardware or performance defects under normal use.
🛡️Warranty Coverage
- Length: We look to honor 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
- Coverage Includes:
- Hardware defects or failure not caused by user damage.
- Power supply, remote control, and internal system board issues.
- Not Covered:
- Physical damage (cracks, water exposure, drops, etc.)
- Software modifications or unauthorized rooting/flashing.
- Devices purchased from unauthorized or third-party sellers (e.g., unverified eBay, Facebook Marketplace listings).
🔄Return & Replacement Policy
- Returns are typically accepted within 7–30 days of delivery. We will evaluate others on a case-by-case basis
- To be eligible, the product must be:
- In its original packaging with all accessories.
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase.
- Once approved, you’ll receive either:
- A replacement device, or
- A refund to your original payment method.

- Provide key details:
- Order number
- Device model (e.g., S5 Pro, S4 Max)
- Serial number (on the bottom of the box)
- Description of the issue and photos/videos if applicable
