What channels can I watch on SuperBox? +
SuperBox is an Android TV media player, not a TV service. The channels you can watch are the ones provided by the streaming apps and services you subscribe to and install — such as Netflix, Hulu, Sling TV, YouTube TV, Prime Video or ESPN. Those subscriptions are billed by those providers and are not included with the device.
How do I watch sports? +
Install the official app for the service you subscribe to — ESPN, Fox Sports, NBC Sports, or your league's own app — from the Google Play Store, and sign in with your account. Those services are not included with SuperBox and require their own subscription.
Is there a subscription fee? +
The SuperBox device is a one-time purchase and there are no monthly fees payable to SuperBox Source. Any streaming service you choose to use requires its own subscription, paid to that provider.
Can I watch in 4K? +
Yes. SuperBox supports up to 4K Ultra HD resolution. The actual quality depends on the app you are using and your internet connection speed. We recommend at least 25 Mbps for 4K streaming.
What apps can I use on SuperBox? +
SuperBox runs on Android and supports popular streaming apps including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Sling TV, YouTube TV, Disney+, and many more available through the Google Play Store.
How do I set up streaming on my SuperBox? +
Connect your SuperBox to Wi-Fi or Ethernet, open the Google Play Store, install the apps for the services you subscribe to, and sign in with your accounts.
Is there parental control? +
Yes. SuperBox includes built-in parental controls that allow you to restrict access to specific apps and content. You can set up password protection through the device settings menu.
Do I need a fast internet connection? +
We recommend a minimum of 10 Mbps for standard definition, 15 Mbps for HD, and 25 Mbps or higher for 4K Ultra HD streaming. A wired Ethernet connection provides the most stable experience.
Can I watch international content? +
Yes. SuperBox runs the international streaming apps available on the Google Play Store, so you can watch content in Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese and other languages using the services you subscribe to.
