30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused, like-new condition. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Defective Items

If your device arrives defective or develops a hardware issue within the warranty period, we will provide a free replacement or full refund. All SuperBox devices include a 1-year limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Return Shipping

Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective product. For defective items, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different model, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. The original item must be returned before the replacement is shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been physically damaged, water damaged, or modified by the user are not eligible for return. Opened accessories (HDMI cables, remotes, MicroSD cards) may only be returned if defective.
