1 Device is lagging
Clear the cache in Settings > Apps, restart your device by unplugging it for 10 seconds, and check your internet speed. If the issue persists, contact support before performing any reset.
2 Apps are missing
Contact support so they can confirm your model and provide the correct next step for restoring missing apps.
3 No sound
Check your HDMI connection is secure, verify your TV audio settings are set to the correct output, and try a different HDMI port. Also check that the TV is not muted and the volume is up.
4 Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting
Move your SuperBox closer to your router, switch to the 5GHz Wi-Fi band for better stability, or use the Ethernet port for a wired connection. Restarting your router can also help.
5 Remote not working
Replace the batteries with fresh ones. If using Bluetooth, go to Settings > Bluetooth and re-pair the remote. Make sure there are no obstructions between the remote and the device.
6 Black screen after update
Unplug the device for 10 seconds, reconnect HDMI securely, and try another HDMI port. If the black screen continues, contact support before performing any reset.
7 Buffering during live TV
A minimum of 25 Mbps is needed for smooth live TV. Close any background apps that may be using bandwidth, and try switching to Ethernet for a more stable connection.
8 Device overheating
Ensure your SuperBox has proper ventilation. Don't place it in an enclosed cabinet or stack it on top of other electronics. If it overheats, unplug it for 15 minutes before restarting.
