Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Unbox your SuperBox and all accessories
  2. Connect the HDMI cable from SuperBox to your TV
  3. Plug in the power adapter
  4. Turn on your TV and select the correct HDMI input
  5. Follow the on-screen setup wizard
  6. Connect to your Wi-Fi network (Wi-Fi 6 for best performance)
  7. Sign in or skip Google account setup
  8. Download your favorite apps from the App Store
  9. Start streaming!

Tips for Best Performance

  • Internet Speed: We recommend 25+ Mbps for smooth HD streaming, 50+ Mbps for 4K
  • Use Ethernet: For the most stable connection, use the 1000Mbps Ethernet port instead of Wi-Fi
  • Ventilation: Keep your SuperBox in an open area with good airflow — don't stack it on top of other electronics
