Factory Reset & Reinstall App Store

Step-by-step instructions for performing a factory reset and reinstalling the app store on your SuperBox device.

Phase 1: Factory Reset

  1. From the home screen, enter code "0.0.0.0.0" using your remote
  2. Screen goes black — wait for automatic restart
  3. Choose Skip or Agree on startup screen
  4. Connect to your Wi-Fi network
  5. Configure screen size and complete setup
  6. Verify App Store appears on home screen

Phase 2: App Store Reinstallation (If Needed)

If the App Store does not appear after the factory reset, follow these steps:

  1. Open Browser from home screen
  2. Accept Chrome welcome prompts
  3. Disable Sync option
  4. Enable Mouse Mode
  5. Navigate to "143325.cc" in the address bar
  6. Click the download arrow on screen
  7. Confirm device compatibility warning
  8. Select Open, then authorize installation
  9. Launch app after installation
  10. Exit Mouse Mode and wait for disclaimer
  11. Access App Store to download apps

Important: Factory reset clears all saved Favorites — you'll need to rebuild your custom lists.
