Factory Reset & Reinstall App Store
Step-by-step instructions for performing a factory reset and reinstalling the app store on your SuperBox device.

Phase 1: Factory Reset
- From the home screen, enter code "0.0.0.0.0" using your remote
- Screen goes black — wait for automatic restart
- Choose Skip or Agree on startup screen
- Connect to your Wi-Fi network
- Configure screen size and complete setup
- Verify App Store appears on home screen
Phase 2: App Store Reinstallation (If Needed)
If the App Store does not appear after the factory reset, follow these steps:
- Open Browser from home screen
- Accept Chrome welcome prompts
- Disable Sync option
- Enable Mouse Mode
- Navigate to "143325.cc" in the address bar
- Click the download arrow on screen
- Confirm device compatibility warning
- Select Open, then authorize installation
- Launch app after installation
- Exit Mouse Mode and wait for disclaimer
- Access App Store to download apps
Important: Factory reset clears all saved Favorites — you'll need to rebuild your custom lists.
